Jazz Night

Salmon-Stuffed Puff Pastry | wild caught salmon with mirepoix, capers, lemon, Parmesan and cream cheese, topped with lemon butter cream sauce and fresh herbs

Pineapple Jerk Chicken | Red Bird Farms chicken thighs with fresh Jamaican jerk sauce, served with Caribbean sweet potato salad

Halibut Alyeska| breaded wild caught halibut with fresh herbs, served with roasted cauliflower and sautéd green beans
