Capitol 20 Dinner

March 12 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are bringing back the Capitol 20 dinner, on March 12. It’s a four-course meal in the Capitol Room that is limited to 20 seats. Below is the menu.

The American south

Course 1 Chou Salad 

Shredded cabbage with carrot, onion, blistered cherry tomatoes tossed with Lemon pomegranate vinaigrette topped with fresh Parmesan and toasted almonds 

Course 2 Sweet Potato Crab soup

Fresh crab, red pepper, corn, heavy cream with a touch of coconut milk topped with crispy sweet potato strings, chili oil and cilantro 

Course 3 Devils on horseback 

Blue cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon, topped with ginger marmalade, lightly toasted cashews and fresh tarragon 

Course 4 Mesquite Coffee Ribs 

Boneless country style ribs with mesquite coffee rub and plums, corn succotash with avocado crema. All topped with Carolina vinegar sauce and micro greens 

Course 5 Sticky Toffee Date Cake 

Luscious sticky brown cake with dates and fresh vanilla, brown sugar cream sauce with toasted pecans topped with maple whipped cream and a sprinkle of sea salt
