The Nebraska Club

The Nebraska Club, formerly the Intercom Club, was established in 1954 as a way for members of the Air Force and the community to socialize and enjoy great food and drink. The Club was a huge success, and it wasn’t long before it became the hub of social activity for prominent members of the community.

Today, the Nebraska Club continues to provide social and networking opportunities for our members as well as provide a premier facility for dining and cocktails. The Club also offers rental of our facility to members and the public for business and special events. We are proud to continue the legacy of our founders and offer first class experiences for our members and their valued guests.

The Nebraska Club is a non-profit organization that is run by a 17-person board of directors. Our staff is always available to answer any questions you might have about membership or rental of our facility.

Kyle

Kyle Tine - General Manager

Kyle moved to Nebraska in 2016 to continue his education in Finance. He started at the Nebraska Club as a Server and Bartender and his dedication and passion was quickly recognized as he moved into the General Manager position. As a California native, Kyle brings elite customer service, which he has learned while working in the fine dining industry for almost a decade. His expertise centers on professionalism, hard work, and delivering genuine, personalized service. In Kyle’s free time, he loves to play golf, travel, and spend time with his dog, Scout.

Kennedy Tiarks - Events Coordinator

Kennedy steps in as the Events Coordinator after showing hard work and leadership as a server and bartender at the Nebraska Club. As a former Miss Wood River, a graduate of the Hospitality School at UNL, and having worked several years with events throughout Lincoln, Kennedy brings organization, leadership, and experience to expertly create the perfect event for you. When Kennedy is not at the club, she enjoys time with friends making Tik Tok videos, visiting her family in Wood River, and spending time with her dog, Goose.

Rhett Saunders - Executive Chef

Rhett brings creativity and a willingness to enhance member’s dining experience as he transitions to the Executive Chef position. A native of Oceanside, California, Rhett takes what he learned from many years of cooking all over the country to bring a unique and one of a kind eating experience every time you step foot in the club. On his off days, Rhett likes to enjoy a nice glass of Riesling while spending time with his cat, Fela.
