Phillip has joined the Club with considerable experience in the food/beverage/hospitality industry. He came to Lincoln in 2007 as the Food and Beverage Director for the Cornhusker, having previously worked as the Food and Beverage Manager at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant Manager for Boca Raton Resort & Club; as a Restaurant Manager at the Bahia Mar Beach Resort and Yachting Center; and in other supervisory/management positions at other bar/food establishments in Florida. He has an International Relations degree from a university in London, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from a University in Florida.
From line cook at The Nebraska Club back in 1993 to owning a restaurant in Bend, Oregon, by 2006, Eric has considerable experience working in upscale and unique restaurant environments. Following several years at the Club, Eric was Lead Chef at the Lincoln Country Club for a number of years. He then worked at The Nantucket Golf Club as Sous Chef, after which he crossed the country to serve as Chef de Cuisine at Robby J's Bistro in Bend, Oregon. In that tourist entrenched community, Eric owned his own catering business, and then became a partner with Kebaba Foods International and Kebaba Ventures LLC where he was involved in local wholesale food production, packaging, and distribution, and the opening of a modern Middle Eastern themed restaurant, an award-winning establishment. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and he is recognized as a Certified Culinarian by the American Culinary Federation. Eric and his wife are happy to have returned to their Nebraska roots.
Allen started working at The Nebraska Club in 1976 as a bus person. He then joined the wait staff, moved on to Banquet Supervisor, and now serves as Banquet Manager.

For Resident Teams, annual dues for a team of two is $495/member; team of three is $330/member; team of four is $247.50/member (Resident Teams also subject to $15/month/member facility fee).
